Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using any part of the 77taya platform. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If we have reason to believe that a registered user does not meet the minimum age requirement, the account will be suspended pending verification and any pending transactions may be voided. 3. Account Creation and Security
To access most features of 77taya, you must create a registered account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
- Create only one account per person. Multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted and may result in suspension.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your username or password with any third party.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 77taya will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. 4. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities
By using the 77taya platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any account balance subject to applicable law, and potential legal action.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on 77taya are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). By making a deposit or withdrawal, you agree to the following:
- You are the rightful owner of any payment method used on the platform.
- All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and our standard processing procedures.
- Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the platform at the time of transaction.
- Processing times vary by payment channel. We do not guarantee immediate processing of withdrawals.
- 77taya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or e-wallet platforms.
- Any attempt to dispute or reverse a legitimate transaction (chargebacks) without prior resolution through our support channel may result in account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77taya and its operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of winnings, data loss, service interruptions, or errors in platform content. 77taya makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform or its content.

Unauthorized use of platform content may result in legal action.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure: 77taya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to pass identity verification, or conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to applicable law.
Third-Party Links: The platform may reference or link to third-party services or content. 77taya is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services accessed through or referenced by the platform.
Changes to These Terms: 77taya may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the Philippines.
